Ripples hosts annual Summer Conference at the F1 Williams Centre

The Ripples team revved up its engine at this year's Summer Conference which was held on the outskirts of Oxford at the world-famous Williams F1 Centre.

The Summer Conference provides an opportunity to grow together as a team allowing for collaboration between showrooms which build a sense of pride and motivation amongst the team.

The day started with a company update and review of YTD sales figures which highlighted growth throughout the group. Focus then turned to marketing and the importance that both brand and branding have on the overall customer experience This session reiterated the importance of how a brand's image is created and carried across various platforms. Guest speaker Georgina Harding, MD of the charity The Cycle then addressed the group, providing an update on their valuable recent work and where the money raised by Ripples throughout the recent Bath 2 Edinburgh cycle ride will be spent.

When it came to a well-deserved break in the day, each member of the team congregated in the Williams F1 Centre Museum to admire the cars on display. There were many enthusiasts amongst the group but appreciated the inspiring backdrop of a brand renowned for its innovation, attention to detail and constant focus on strategy.

Ripples is constantly evolving, and this is only possible by working closely with our franchisees at events like our Summer Conference. With plenty of opportunities for sharing information amongst themselves as well as with our team, these events are vital for key business updates, as well as getting together as a family of franchisees.   Holding the event at the Williams F1 centre, renowned for its heritage and focus on performance, was very fitting and of course fun and we enjoyed a chance to look around the museum too
