  • We have opportunities in most areas of the country and are ideally looking for Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Surrey, Devon and many others. Our aim is to find a good franchisee in an area of the country where people value quality products, personal service and bathroom design.

    Even if your area appears to already be covered, it’s still worth getting in touch. Opportunities can become available, and there may also be established, profitable areas or existing businesses to explore.

  • Running any successful business requires good management and sales skills and of course a desire to succeed. The Ripples franchise model has been proven to generate turnover of £1m plus and high gross profit margins and this is achieved by a focus on the customer as well as the entire sales and customer service experience.

    Our franchisees come from different backgrounds with different skills. With the support from our team we hope to help people develop the skills they may be lacking whilst encouraging them to use their existing strengths to build the business.

    Comprehensive training at our Head Office in Bath is provided before opening as well as throughout the length of the franchise agreement.

  • Understanding bathrooms is very important as you will be actively involved in selling bathrooms that feature wet rooms and products that need to suit the environment they are being used. Our suppliers will provide excellent product training to help you, so it’s not essential to know these specific products in advance. The key, however, is understanding the importance of providing a high-level retail experience - one centred on personal engagement, a premium showroom environment, and exceptional customer service.

  • Attitude and application matters more than your CV. You need to be success driven and a ‘go-getter’ - it’s as simple as that.

  • The size of a showroom does not directly link to the showroom’s performance, but obviously it can help. We would typically look for a minimum of 1,500 sq ft although we have showrooms that are 5,000 and even some that are smaller. The consideration is as much the location and the premises costs as it is the showroom size as we want you to be successful for many years to come.

  • Our franchise fee is £50,000 and there is an additional need for you to typically spend a further £50,000 - £60,000 subject to the condition of the premises. Your own initial investment would typically need to be from £40,000.

  • From the point your application is accepted and a property is found, it would typically take a further 3-4 months to open your franchise, subject to your and the properties availability. During this time, a great deal of work can be undertaken to help prepare you for the running of your showroom.

  • Yes we can. We work closely with banks like Natwest who can offer up-to 70% funding. We provide a full business plan within the franchise fee.
