Ripples holds annual Summer Conference

Last week, our franchisees gathered at the beautiful Elcot Park in Newbury for our annual Summer Conference - an event designed to bring all our franchisees together to share ideas, strengthen connections and align on the future of Ripples.

Throughout the day, we took an honest look at our current business priorities, explored opportunities for growth and innovation, and discussed how we can continue to deliver exceptional service and design for our clients nationwide.

We were also delighted to welcome James Sedgwick, Head of Membership & Standards at the British Franchise Association (BFA), as our special guest speaker. James shared valuable insights into the exclusive benefits of being a BFA certified member - a prestigious mark of quality and credibility in the franchise industry. This membership not only provides our franchisees with trusted standards and ongoing support but also offers access to expert guidance, legal resources, training opportunities and a network of reputable peers, reinforcing our commitment to best practice and ethical franchising.

It was also the perfect occasion to extend a very warm welcome to our newest franchisee, Sivam Samji, who has just opened the doors to Ripples Walton-on-Thames. Sivam’s enthusiasm and vision are a fantastic addition to the Ripples network, and we look forward to supporting him as his showroom flourishes.
