Collaboration & celebration: our annual Winter Conference
Last week, we brought together our nationwide network of showroom owners for our annual winter conference, held on 6–7 November at the beautiful Bowood Hotel & Resort in Wiltshire.
The event is always a real highlight of our calendar, and this year was no exception. Over two days, our franchisees came together to connect, collaborate and celebrate what has been another brilliant year for Ripples.
Our agenda covered everything from finance and marketing to sales and customer experience, giving us the chance to share updates for the year ahead while celebrating successes from across the network. It was inspiring to hear so many of our franchisees take to the stage to share how they’ve driven growth in their own businesses - from creative local marketing initiatives to examples of outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
We were also joined by customer experience expert Peter Cross, whose keynote talk was both entertaining and thought-provoking. Peter’s insights on how to serve customers to the highest level in a world full of choice really resonated with us all and perfectly echoed our shared belief that service, storytelling and authenticity are what make Ripples stand out.

As we approach our 40th anniversary, it’s moments like these that remind us what makes Ripples so special. The energy, creativity and passion within our franchise network continues to drive the brand forward, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.
